Add saved model hotspots and display them in read-only shared views.

Model hotspots

The Viewer supports annotations attached to positions on the model. Use the model's annotation editing controls when editing a saved model you own.

Shared annotations

Public Share View can display existing hotspots. Its annotation toggle only changes visibility; visitors cannot edit annotations. The toggle is hidden when there are no annotations.
