Resolve common preparation, upload, and viewing issues.

Model preparation fails

Check that glTF companion buffers and textures are included. If FBX conversion reports an unsupported feature, export GLB from your modeling application and try again.

Upload fails

Check your connection, sign-in state, model quota, and the size of the prepared GLB. A failed or timed out source upload reports an error and can be retried.

Navigation is unavailable

Complex geometry and constrained devices may exceed the adaptive collision budget. Use Orbit to inspect the model, or simplify the source in your authoring tool.

Need help

Use Contact and include the format, file size, browser, and displayed error. Never include passwords or session tokens.
